The Branda Brigade

The Branda Brigade is how this campaign turns support into action.

It is made up of Palm Beach neighbors who are willing to give an hour, make a call, knock a door, host a conversation, help at an event, share an approved message, or remind a friend to make a voting plan using official sources.

You do not need campaign experience. You need a willingness to listen, treat people with respect, and take one clear next step.

One conversation at a time

Campaigns can produce signs, videos, emails, and advertisements. Trust still grows person to person.

A voter is more likely to pause when a neighbor explains why Paola's story matters: a legal immigrant from Venezuela, a mother of two, a Doctor of Education, a 15+ year educator and World Languages Department Head, a business operations leader, a humanitarian aid leader, and the founder of Crescendo Step.

Volunteers help connect that story to the issues families feel every day—lower costs, secure borders and legal immigration, education and opportunity, senior security, faith and freedom, clean water, and accountable government.

There is a role for every schedule

Some volunteers enjoy meeting people at the door. Others prefer phones, events, digital sharing, translation after review, photography, data cleanup, or behind-the-scenes support.

Branda Brigade roles include:

• Door knocking with approved materials and trained captains.
• Phone banking and respectful supporter follow-up.
• Event setup, check-in, hospitality, and cleanup.
• Hosting a Coffee with Paola or neighborhood conversation.
• Sharing approved campaign content with friends and local networks.
• Helping with data entry, quality checks, and volunteer follow-up.
• Providing reviewed Spanish-language support.
• Reminding supporters to use official election sources and make a plan.

Every role matters because reliable follow-up is what turns interest into action.

What volunteers can expect

The campaign should make volunteering simple. Every shift should have a clear time, task, script, point of contact, and way to record results.

Volunteers are not expected to guess about election rules, argue with voters, or answer questions beyond their training. When someone needs voting information, the right response is to direct them to verified official sources and flag the question for campaign follow-up.

Respect, accuracy, privacy, and consent are part of the job.
