Meet Paola
Her story taught her to rise. Her mission calls her forward.
More than two decades ago, Paola's family fled Venezuela as socialism dismantled the country they loved. Her father, a pastor, taught her that faith, hard work, and perseverance can rebuild a life. In America, they did.
Paola is a mother of two, holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, and has served in education for more than 15 years. She has also led business operations, founded Crescendo Step to provide volunteer educational support, and participated in international humanitarian aid for families affected by Venezuela's crisis.
