What America First Means for Florida's 23rd District
Paola Branda's America First agenda for Florida's 23rd District focuses on lower costs, secure borders, strong schools, seniors, faith, clean water, and accountable government.
America First is not a slogan for Paola Branda. It is a lived reality.
Her family came to this country legally after watching socialism destroy opportunity, silence free speech, and turn government into the enemy of ordinary people. They arrived with almost nothing and found something Venezuela no longer offered: the freedom to work, worship, raise a family, and build a future without fear.
That experience shapes everything she will fight for in Congress.
America First means Florida's 23rd District will no longer be treated as an afterthought by Washington. It means the people of Palm Beach County, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, and the surrounding communities get a representative who puts their costs, their safety, their schools, and their freedom first—not political theater, not special interests, and not the failed ideas that ruined the country she left behind.
Here is what that looks like in practice.

1. Lower Costs and Real Taxpayer Relief
Families in FL-23 are being crushed by high insurance premiums, rising housing costs, utility bills, grocery prices, and healthcare expenses. America First starts by treating taxpayers with respect.

Paola will fight wasteful federal spending, hidden taxes, and red tape that drive up costs. She supports American energy dominance because lower energy prices help every household and small business. The goal is simple: put more money back in the pockets of the people who actually earn it.
2. Secure Borders and Legal Immigration That Works
As a legal immigrant, Paola understands the difference between a lawful system and open chaos. America can be both welcoming and secure.
She will fight for a secure border, full support for law enforcement, strong action against fentanyl trafficking and human trafficking, and an immigration system that honors people who follow the rules. The lawful path should be respected, and the system should not disadvantage people who followed the rules.
3. Education That Respects Parents and Prepares Students
Paola spent more than fifteen years in classrooms as a teacher and World Languages Department Head. She holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. She knows how policy reaches real classrooms, parents, teachers, and students.

Schools should serve children, respect parents, support good teachers, and prepare students for real life. That means school choice, safe classrooms, strong academics in reading and math, civics, practical skills, trades, apprenticeships, and clear pathways to opportunity. Parents are not the enemy of education. They are essential to it.
4. Senior Security and Lower Healthcare Costs
Seniors in this district earned their Social Security and Medicare. Those promises must be protected.
Paola will fight to lower prescription drug costs, defend healthcare choices, crack down on fraud and scams, and improve the constituent service seniors and veterans deserve. Fixed-income families should not have to navigate a broken bureaucracy alone.
5. Freedom, Faith, Religious Liberty, and Israel
Rights do not come from government. They come from God.

Paola will defend faith, family, free speech, religious liberty, free enterprise, and the constitutional rights that make the American Dream possible. She stands firmly with Israel, condemns antisemitism, and believes no American should live in fear because of their faith or heritage. Houses of worship deserve protection, and no American should be targeted because of faith or heritage.
6. Clean Water, Everglades, and Florida Resilience
Clean water, healthy beaches, Everglades restoration, Lake Worth Lagoon, the Loxahatchee River, flood protection, and resilient infrastructure are not abstract environmental issues. They are quality-of-life issues for the people who live here.
Paola supports practical stewardship, real federal-state cooperation, and accountability for every dollar spent. Florida's natural treasures and the communities that depend on them deserve results, not endless studies and wasted funds.
7. Accountable Government That Answers to Taxpayers
Public office is public service—not a private advantage.
Paola will demand transparency in federal spending, cut waste, strengthen ethics rules, improve constituent service, end special privileges for politicians, and support restrictions on congressional stock trading. Government should answer to the people who pay for it. Anything less is unacceptable.
This Is the America First Agenda for Florida's 23rd District
It is grounded in the hard lessons of a family that fled socialism, the daily experience of a mother and educator, and a clear-eyed understanding of what happens when Washington puts politics ahead of people.
Paola is a wife and mother of two, a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, a 15+ year educator and World Languages Department Head, a business operations leader, a humanitarian aid leader, and the founder of Crescendo Step.
Lois Frankel has made opposition to President Trump's agenda a central part of her public message. Paola Branda offers a different path: secure borders, lower costs, strong schools, protected seniors, defended faith, clean water, and a government that is finally accountable.
America First. Freedom Always.
