Meet Paola
She's lived what's at stake. That's why she fights.
More than two decades ago, Paola's family fled Venezuela as socialism dismantled the country they loved. Her father, a pastor, taught her that faith and hard work can rebuild anything - and in America, they did.
Paola is a mother of two, earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, has served as an educator for more than 15 years, and became a World Languages Department Head. She has also led operations in business, founded Crescendo Step to offer volunteer educational services, and led international humanitarian aid work for families affected by Venezuela's crisis.
